Cancellations and refunds
Once a booking is confirmed by Best Golf Cancun a 10% processing fee will apply to all cancellations. A 25% charge will apply for cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be subject to a 100% charge.

Any changes in your schedule will be subject to penalty charges or rate differences according to each golf course.

Every Group reservation or golf tournament will be subject to other cancellation polices, please contact us directly.

Method of payment
All payments are made to Best Golf Cancun. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Wire Transfers and Cash in Mexican Pesos, US Dollars and Euros.

All charges to your credit card will be made in Mexican Pesos according to the current exchange.

General conditions
A rain refund policy and “rain checks” will apply in case of bad weather according to each golf course policy. Best Golf Cancun will help you contact the golf course and confirm if they are open, all refunds will be issue only if the golf course is closed.

Single players in general will be paired-up with others to make a threesome or foursome.                  
Proper golf attire is required in all courses.
